I'm an interim manager specializing in creating a constructive organizational culture. However, I don't focus on culture alone. Primarily, I transform work systems, which in turn leads to lasting cultural change. The value I deliver is solving problems by generating tangible results.

I'm not in the business of making an organization feel better. I'm in the business of making it work - even if that means questioning things that, until now, seemed obvious.

I'm not just a manager. I'm also an accountant with hands-on experience in financial markets. I understand hard data. I understand numbers. Balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements aren't theoretical phenomena for me.

I know that success in organizational culture change is not measured by a better result in the next survey. It is measured by better financial performance during a boom and staying afloat during a downturn, when the competition is on its knees.
